Memory Care Living Options

When your loved one needs memory care, The Westerly provides the expert support and engagement they need to live the best quality of life. Our attention to detail sets us apart and allows our residents the opportunity to socialize and explore in a compassionate, safe environment.

A more intimate and home-like community with only 22 specialty care residents
Deluxe studios feature kitchenettes with a mini-refrigerator and sink
Assistance with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing and personal hygiene
Medication management and administration, including diabetic monitoring
Daily light housekeeping, bed making, and trash removal
Weekly housekeeping, changing flat linens, and three loads of laundry
Three meals per day, prepared fresh and served in our dining room, plus healthy snacks available in between meals and at night
Safety call pendants and emergency pull cord system with 24 hour response
All utilities, including individually controlled heat and A/C, gas, electric, water/sewer, and trash concierge
Direct TV, including premium channels such as HBO and Golf Channel
Wireless internet
A variety of regular programs designed to engage you as part of our person-centered approach to wellbeing
Scheduled group transportation for local outings and shopping

Prior to receiving Specialty Care services from the Care Team, you will receive an initial health assessment by a licensed health professional. The initial assessment must be completed before the Care Staff can provide you with any services, in accordance with Wisconsin Health Services law. Ongoing assessments will be conducted by our Care Team to ensure your Specialty Care services package continues to meet your needs.
